It's very overwhelming remembering the multicultural nationality its basically Turkish company where they give very good appreciation those who achieve and hard working they recolonize them reward them and upgrade them and for those who are experienced and non performer they don't hesitate to show the exit door. Over all i worked more than three years and it's been wonderful working atmosphere working hours are long but you will never fee tired , they provide food at site office they respect the hard workers ..

Dislikes

the Most annoying is that one should learn their language also because in meeting mostly they talk their native language and you feel left out .
