There isn't much to like here. Colleagues are good, friendly. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

There's no training, skill development, appraisal or at least verbal motivation. No salary increment from the past 4 years. People with hard work, skills are discriminated often. Not a great place to work. You cannot transfer to the other company. All you can do is go on exit and come back on a new visa which is costly now a days, that's the reason no one's changing the company. Many in the management are getting high salaries and are not doing anything for the growth of the company. The people who are working efficiently are not getting recognition apart from no hikes/appraisals. Lot of discrimination between locals and expats.
