Work load is very high due to Lubricant industry is not growing rapidly, Specially in channel sales. No family life.

Zero focus on future aspect, only way forward in meeting implementation of way forward, Seniors put there work on down the line, No career growth, Middle management is not effective & Tech savvy. They focus only on Teams Meeting but no implementation of ideas on ground, all maintain only on paper.

There is so manny hard worker and drdication people worked in a gulf oil but...he worked not as a pay roll third party pay roll its feel bad...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
