There is nothing benefits for new joiners. Promotion rate very slow. Carrier growth very slow.

gulf as company is the best in the industry in terms of salary, travel policy and work life balance. I thoroughly enjoyed working there.

the only think negative in gulf is your growth path, not in terms of monetary benefits but for role changing. too much hierarchy is there.

Team mates are good and supportive but learning opportunity, salary and company culture are not in line with other companies

Management attitude, decision making and salary is very poor compare to other industries.

The grate opportunity I hade working at this company I hade learned more and more safety is first preference of my company I had improved my skills in this company my journey was very good☺️

The only issue that the sir are not encouraging us and not promoting to skilled too boring to do job why because of no skill same salery and skilled same salery try to encourage and promote to high skill there will be the good change!

Head of the department's were under graduates or diploma candidates and no use for well educated master graduates and chemical engineer's Totally not good for young people who have nice thoughts for the growth of organization. Depends completely on old people who have got 60+ with old techniques

Complete pilitics no scope for growth and development for young generation
