If you are fresher with 2500 riyal as salary it's a good company rather than that don't waste your life in this prison company it's completely ruined by Pakistani management even for medical emergency you have to wait 5 days for final exit you have to wait 3 months

I’m always happy with company cause company paid regularly service , providing bonus as well as increments so that’s why I like company

I don’t have complaint against to company due to some internal issue not getting new projects that’s why we left company

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you Connor resins.on the job training is not given to new joinees

It's a good platform for the beginners. No delay for salary.

If incase of any emmergency even with our expenses, they will not allow to leave at on time, and they have some financial agreement for any emergency vaction or leave. It's not easy to quit from there.

Yes, because it's a multi cultural organisation and working environment is good.

Regarding Appraisals it's not upto that level which is expected by the honest employee from the organisation. Only influencers get good cream those who are not work hard. Remains only the hardworker for benefits.
