A few people of Accounts department. They act as if they are only concerned about the company, top management needs to always evaluate accounts managers roles and performance

I could learn in depth about logistics/freight forwarding. Had wonderful senior colleagues and real professionals who could guide any new joinee.

Dislikes

Hard work is never appreciated. Management is biased to few people for their own favorable reasons (won’t be able to mention). No increment ever for hard working people, but management enjoys beautiful perks when they say that business is down then I suppose it’s for the whole organization and not just depending on nationality wise. Racism to the core at Abu Dhabi office, but Dubai and Oman is wonderful places with good managements team as well, I know it since I had been their for some assignment work.

Good atmosphere to work. job recognition and appraisal. carrier opportunity. if you prove your worthyness you will be recognised accordingly and promoted when a situation arises. There is no colour,cast,nationality discrimination considered for appraisal but only ability.Reasonsbly a good paymaster compared to most of it's competitors. If proven good you are there until retirement. It is guarnteed. I loved working there. Should there be an opening and no agebar I still love to work with GAC.

Dislikes

It is common in everwhere that you come across with certain problems but that can be ignored. if you have courage, ambition nothing will stop you.
