Pathetic interview process, no one is sincere in hiring, TA team is not active in response and keeps delaying the interview status. No proper support and response after the interview. HR Head is not aware about the company policies, non-sincere approach in entire recruitment process. They take 1-2 months to update on interview status and ultimately they say NO by giving illogical logics. TA team takes 3-4 days to respond to the messages and then they simply ignore. Takes reference details even before providing offer letter, promises to share offer letter on same day then they get vanished for a 1-1.5 month. Then after taking follow ups, they reject the candidature stating "Profile irrelevant" reason. After taking 2-3 rounds of interview, they state "Profile irrrelevant" . I mean they sheer lack in interviewing skills themselves. Just wasting time of candidate for 1-2 months.

Working freedom, regularity in sallary and AP, training programmes, supportive and transperent management....

Strict deciplan, work load due to insufficient manpower and unwanted jobs that not match my work profile...

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It is verry better group for safe and security with professional services that is, travelling,canteen service etc.

It is AP plant and my future in Pharma product so, that leaving for pharma product.
