False commitment.

Pathetic management, worst in payments and fulfilling commitments. Very low salary hence cannot retain good teacher. They would hire housewives in order to pay less but won't pay more to a good teacher. Hence cannot retain teachers. 7 teachers change in a year for one class and one subject.

Principal is very supportive.She cares for us .In other schools where teachers have Togo school daily keeping their life in risk my principal allows us to work from home...

Salary not being on time and we don't get full salary also
