Hr behavior. Only one way communication with HR. Hr never respond on mail. Even after completion of promotion period no promotion given to staff who join from exam. All HR policies only for executive staff. No policies and benifits to below executive staff. No night duty allowance. On GH only 325rs. Allowance.

HR policies needs to be aligned with outside world and additional benefits to be passed to Employees like Sodexo coupons.. New year Gift Medical policy Interest free loan of Rs 20000/- per annum. To motivate the employees.. Contract basis needs to be converted to Permanent basis as other DMRC.

Overall work culture is really bad .It's a hypocrite organization which only benifits higher officials and it harrases mid or junior level employess.

Dislikes

Apart from payscales which are actually made by government. There is not a single thing which can motivate a person to work in this company.

You will learn lots of things in this organization regarding metro railways signalling system,Rolling stock,Telecom etc. Work culture and work location are nice.

Dislikes

They have contractual jobs for definite years. HR policies are not good. Promotion policy is good for executive level employees but it's not good for Non-Executive employees.

Worst HR system/management I have ever seen. They just prefer those people who have "Jaan pehchan" with someone otherwise just be ready for torcher. You will get frustrated when you see not deserving candidate are getting promoted.
