Here staff is supporting and always stand in your side ,and working is easier and simple but as I said there is no satisfaction, I need more challenges to explore myself like in Construction department there is everyday face challenges ,and be ready for how to respond ,if u get job as safety i recommend u to join construction department there u can understand what is safety ...???

In this training centre ,working procedure slow if u want something from the GMB govt it will take too much time to complete your need, that's why there is no satisfaction to do work here.

This department run by Government of Gujarat and most profitable ever in Gujarat. Approximately 2000cr rupees business annually done by GMB. Most interesting things is shipping business and ship breaker's are connected with GMB. this business expanded globally.

Some technical issue like beaching permission or else facing ship breaker's.

There is no company policies specially if you are an outsourced. They will use you and throw you out of the organisation. They only need female staff for obvious reasons. Working environment is pathetic. You get highly demotivated and humiliated on hourly basis.

Working environment is not good in this organisation specially for contractual employees because regular employees treat you like a trash.
