At Dahej site company management is very worst. L6 oriented company. Bonus cutting in our salary return with zero interest. No AC bus for Engineers, Technicians. Canteen food also not good. Increment policy very worst.

New employees get better package than existing old employees,even with the same experienced and even with higher knowledge if you are existing old employee you new colleague will get 40-50% hike than you.

Management goal to improve safety culture in all aspects accross the site. Employee recognition scheme for small-small work achievements to encourage people on work place.

Salary structure is not as per experience & position. Huge difference in salary of freshers,less experienced employee & more experience employee.

Old employees salary structure improvement. Compulsory Necessary PPE's. L-5 Employees alternate Double Week off.
