I am satisfied with my job because of the field work. In this lock-down my job will remain continue and no off. my 1 year is completed in this substation so now i want different experience to boost my electrical knowledge.

The problem is only salary. It`s too low for my qualifications. I am electrical engineering degree holder but i get low pay.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is grow good idea

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before whivh you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The remote posting, HR, and transfer policies are excessively vague, allowing for potential misuse of political power and other forms of influence. The colony and building conditions are notably substandard, and higher authorities exhibit significant hypocrisy.

I dislike working hours, new recruitment occurs every 4 years depending on election due.to which people have to work continuously from 8 am in morning to 8pm in night because of work load, i have to travel 250 km daily to supervise work daily that is also hectic and contractors are nuisance thinking government job doesn't require quality but time has changed and we have to continously input efforts to supervise quality. During election or natural disaster, we are the one who are mobilized to take immidiate action and we conduct inauguration ceremony for political figures regularly
