Trust me guys, there is nothing good in guide2protect/beema1, APART FROM THE HR MANAGER. they wants to be a company like policy bazaar but they are not at all going on that direction. To know more please check dislike section.

Dislikes

1. Behaviour: it's pathetic. They don't listen your problem. If you have cancer and having chemotherapy, still you need to come to office. They used to say that company will not listen your problem. 2. Business strategy: it's been one year, they haven't spent a single rupee for marketing. No goals nothing. Customer doesn't even know who beema1 is still they expect business. 3. Salary: no market standard. They even hire people for 7000. But they make you to do every task apart from your job role. Salary day is 10th every month but you will get your salary by 14 th for sure. Even sometimes they can send your salary "mistakenly 🤭" to ex employees those who already left the company. The sales head threatens everytime to deduct the salary if there is no business. 4.culture: slang! Yes you read it right. They use profane infront of ladies also. The sales head used to say that "should I go to beach side to make you motivated" 5. leave: no leave for anyone. Even they have 4 week offs in a month and sometimes they will force you to come Sunday in office. 6. Planning: They don't even know how to run a BPO operations. Poor dialler system, poor headphone quality. No database. No quality parameters. No trainers. An employee should learn by his/her own and need to do business within first 15 days, or they will kick you out because sales head believes in "hire and fire". Collectively, it's a worthless company to work. If you feel for this company as a start up and try to implement something then please don't because the MD will not listen to you. Along with this don't make him angry because at that moment if he speaks, his mouth is garbage, full of shit!
