Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. ...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career groth is slow.there is abond of 2 years before whiche you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Plant manager spoil company environment, I waste my 7 years for this organization and what i getting now? False accusations and fired..! But organization didn't cross check and didn't understand ours affliction

In company environment every employee now under the pressure of job security, dont talk about job satisfaction. Ever heard this anybody's in any company history "Plant manager anger says to employees my home loan EMI over i dont care if company demolition by organization"
