...there is only one thing that you may have learn a lot of things in this company. And there is one more thing that you got the salary at the end of the time everytime and there was increment in every year.

Dislikes

All of things I dislike about GTL Infrastructure. There is nothing to like about it. Company management is so poor. I saw in this company knowledge is nothing. If you have only knowledge and you can't do oiling the management then you are nothing. But if you have no knowledge and you can do a perfect oiling the management then your promotion is obvious.

* 5 Days work in a week * 9 to 5 general shift * salary on time. anytime from 29 to 31. * Work pressure is ok.

Dislikes

* Politics * Special benefits only for HODs or their loved ones. * No value for knowledge/skills or real worker. * Show more and work less type people is perfect for the company * Silent worker cannot survive

...frastructure Ltd. was my first company to work with. Teammates was very helpful. Training & Job security was just awesome in GTL, but don't think about salary when work environment having to lots of learning phases.

Good for anyone looking to get overall exposure of various R2R Sections, work culture is friendly & comfortable as managements takes care of employees with regards to leaves, medical & other issues. Job security at times can be critical if mgmt takes cost optimization in hand.

Dislikes

Things that need improvement is job security, employee skill enhancement programs, consistent salary growth & automation in some process.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Seniors and colleagues are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrier grouth is slow
