... person and always waiting for his approval at least as like bloody Govt office. don't give false promises to employees that you will get all benefits then later deducting their salary without any information. Lastly whenever the employee exist from the organisation, He/She realise that they are going out by missing great opportunity not feel like they are going out with depression or hatred feelings.

Your contribution is valued. Flexible timings. Easy to access higher management and another departments like HR and Finance. Good work life balance. No unnecessary pressure from higher management's.

Its very good experience for me working with GSS I will not forget those day I very happy.

Salary hike is not given on time that's the main thing. No transport facility when it is in Nanakramguda. It's very difficult to go to there.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step -by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
