There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

In gsp some benefit like getting some leave giving full uniform celebrating festival like ganesha navratri etc and some other benifits gsp company provides

In gsp no proper management planning every days new rule come security is not there no growth no salary proper increments is there so much politics and other many problems is there in gsp

- Heavy Workload - Mannual work - Insufficiency of Accounting staff - Multi tasking work has to handled by only one person - There is no standard of procedure even if internal control is applicable - No proper guidance by the team. - Qualified person has to book invoices(MIRO),Bank upload, RTGS form filling, Bulk NEFT, Cheque printing. - There is nothing called internet banking facilities. - Vast difference between job description provided at the time of interview vs actual work.

If you want to finish your career , then GSP is best , You made your self useless for updated system of Chemical industry . They don't event provide washroom for their employees , process development is not 🚫 their priority. Don't come to this company , All the best , ....
