Nothing much to tell very very poor management they are very bad in responding about the yearly increment till date no word about that even in providing uniform very worst

I am working as a shift engineer at Bharti Airtel Gurgaon Haryana. I have learnt there a lot of things about E & M . And I am satisfied from my job because there is a good teammates there and good environment.

Compromise on human resource availability as per job requirements. Misuse of skilled manpower. Unprofessional contracts with clients. Putting up unrealistic commitments with the client. Failing to address employee's grievances. No scope of professional growth. No job security.
