One of the worst experience of life.. i joined gsh in September as engineer.. during the joining HR of pune office said its lockdown period plz join at low salary i will increase it after 6 month.. i joined gsh after 6 month i call to Hr about increasing salary. He said which company increases sal in 6 month... Sal apart the work experience is very bad when I just ask him about just notice period he hold my payment in next month.. when i resigned he again hold my payment for 2month.. so plz before joining gsh think 100 times.. i successfully wasted 7 month and also not gave me experience letter still.

COVID 19 Lockdown periods 4 month any not support by GSH India Services Ltd for Employee.

Site workers cannot credit Salary but Management Staff only provide Salary. Lockdown releasing time working in site now.But Salary 10% detection in every man Salary.

Working here is fun and satisfactory in case of the department provided to me. The culture here is as much enjoyment as work and the teammates is helpful and adapting.

Dislikes

Lack of training to individual, no facilities and even no compensation to anyone. As growth and skill development is slow.the management team here is not team players and doesn't support to the downteam.

Not only GSH pvt ltd all overall facility contract company give low salary no benefit,, salary date 7 and low salary this field.. Overall all facility contract company...... This field contract job only any other country working money learned life settle....... But india location totally waste....
