Working here is fun and satisfactory in case of the department provided to me. The culture here is as much enjoyment as work and the teammates is helpful and adapting.

Dislikes

Lack of training to individual, no facilities and even no compensation to anyone. As growth and skill development is slow.the management team here is not team players and doesn't support to the downteam.

One of the worst experience of life.. i joined gsh in September as engineer.. during the joining HR of pune office said its lockdown period plz join at low salary i will increase it after 6 month.. i joined gsh after 6 month i call to Hr about increasing salary. He said which company increases sal in 6 month... Sal apart the work experience is very bad when I just ask him about just notice period he hold my payment in next month.. when i resigned he again hold my payment for 2month.. so plz before joining gsh think 100 times.. i successfully wasted 7 month and also not gave me experience letter still.

excellent teammates who all are very cooeparative.but mentality of gsh towards employees is very poor.but can learn many things because all are so much skilled there.

appraisal,bonus,workload,worklife balance are so poor

Nice working environment, superb safety trainings,salary on date... everything was good.

Dislikes

PPEs are not properly provided... employees have to wait for a long time...or we have to use some PPEs for a long time even it's been damaged.
