Here your salary structure is very good .Company Environment is also good and its depends on for which client you are working . Also provide udemy courses .

Dislikes

No projects available. They will take you for particular project but after joining you have to give the interviews for other project . Even giving interview for project they will not provide any feedback so you didn't get any idea . There is less opportunity for java developer . we are more than 10 people they put us on some project after that they told us that project is hold from client side ,after that they put us on bench. Even we didn't get chances to work on any projects . if you are in bench they called you suddenly and told to put the paper. No job security. Layoffs is there .they will layoff permanent employee also. there is no use off even you are permanent employee.

-good salary -work from home mostly-depends on your project -welcome kit -bag ,tshirt and all -hike was good before ,now it's the worst -helpful people -the way most people talk- HR to anyone- is very professional -that's what I loved the most

-zero job security -even if u r talented -overtime like anything -gslab has gone crazy in terms of overtime -no work-life balance at all -the hike was awesome of this company but it changed, it's pathetic now. -they try to put you in any project irrespective of your skill so you shudn't be on bench

- Friendly teammates - if you get the good project lot of things to learn - supportive managers and teammates - HR policies are good - latest technology to work on . - Work from home was allowed even before covid

Dislikes

- If you get wrong project sometimes difficult to get out of it - There are no extra benefits apart from salary like goodies and gifts

...er . Good compensation from market and would get new technologies to work with . Good inland salary , good work life balance , Team environment was good

Dislikes

No training provided to groom employee skills , Not very good/Big budget projects they have , You ll get to work on open source technologies mostly, less onsite opportunity , No Management interaction , Not much recognition of work , No documentation in projects you have to depend on your peers to learn , poor HR policies , Poor facility specially cafeteria and food , No Gym.

Company culture is good, they listen your problems and they treated their employees very well, there are always multiple helping hands in case you face any issues and difficulties.

Dislikes

As per salary growth they don't provide much hikes.
