Not adhering to contract clause, while going on leave, difficult to get approval . Visa, flight bookings, HR department is slow, camp medicine clinic not well .

I worked with mr.park. gs engineering rabic and jubai. Mr choi. Best administrator managers. We do our best and we get their best Good atmosphere to work gs.big company. Company policy working style if no good. Immediely terminate from company.

I would not hesitate to mention that I believe myself as lucky to be associated with GS E&C. In spite of being substantially effected by Covid-19 pandemic, projects getting delayed; it has to be thankfully mentioned that employees can still judge their jobs security. It has been more than 5months we have been receiving salaries on time even in these tough days. Work for home facility with quality management systems are the key points being achieved to maintain company policies. I hope for long association with the company.

Dislikes

Unavailability of leisure time facilities like gymnasium, sports arrangements, cretche, futuristic concepts etc.

Likes

As compared to other Korean conglomorates, GS E&C is far better,I have work experience with SAMSUNG E&C in KSA, The work culture is far better in GS E&C.

The most common problem with Korean companies is speaking and make the fellow Koreans understand English,

It is a good company, i start my gulf experience with this, and i learn more thing's than before, íf i get the chance i would like to work again with GS &E.

Dislikes

Only thing I don't like is that company have no more projects and not transferred his employees to another projects.
