It has been a fantastic journey altogether with the company. Superiors have been very supportive and encouraging. Ex- Employees are given the first priority in the next project. Work culture has always been professional. Management do consider the potential candidates and acknowledge their work by appreciating their commitments. Policies has been bit rigid and sometimes flexible as well.

Dislikes

Salary for the ex-employee is not considered in the preceding project. Rotational vacation of Eight months for 15 days is bit harsh on the supervisors.

...h other during entire period. There is no training performed during this period.Salary is very less comapred with local market demand.

There is no value in individual performance and no career growth.

-Better pay and employee welfare. -Work Life balance -Rising as Trustworthy and secured organization

-Too much general procedures and policies. -Employee Behavioral and communication approach (not in all dept.) -BD strategy

1. Salary comes on time 2. Some benefits are good

Dislikes

1. No growth in learning and development 2. Lot of internal politics 3. No open door policy which effected the working employees to leave the organization 4. If you bend your knee towards your HOD then its good or else you are targeted.

...rtunity. Work life balance in this field depends upon job load. Same is with GS. You have to work to meet schedule without adequate compensation for the same.
