It has been a fantastic journey altogether with the company. Superiors have been very supportive and encouraging. Ex- Employees are given the first priority in the next project. Work culture has always been professional. Management do consider the potential candidates and acknowledge their work by appreciating their commitments. Policies has been bit rigid and sometimes flexible as well.

Dislikes

Salary for the ex-employee is not considered in the preceding project. Rotational vacation of Eight months for 15 days is bit harsh on the supervisors.

Dislikes

Salary/appraisal is not much as our hard work we cant get. Even the same designation whose appointed from out source company paying high salary but who are all comes from GS contractual experienced staff getting raise their salary from their previous what they are getting. It is more dislike.

Everything which is provided by GSE&C is good for us. we are getting salary on time vacation on time, bonus on time, This company is run on the base of their system so it is treating all the people equally.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
