No company is perfect but till now I have not found any shortcomings which I can mention here.

As a finance executive I like friendly work environment at groyyo. Also keeping in mind it as start-up the work culture is also commendable. They provides optimum amount of flexibility which i like the most here.

Dislikes

One thing that bothers me a little is that they some tedious work processes which can be well optimized and bring more productivity.

As an Hr intern at Groyyo, I was exposed to various tasks which gave me a practical exposure of what I have studied in my graduation and Post graduation. I realised how theory is implied in the practical corporate world. I loved working here as it is my 1st job place and at Groyyo I got good exposure of how to behave and work in the corporate environment.

Dislikes

At Groyyo, since its a start-up we are still learning how to deal with the things and find a solution together. Sometime the work culture get very aggressive and we have to find a balance between work and our personal lives which might get a little overwhelming for interns as we don't have experience of how to deal with the aggressive culture and find a personal peace between work.

Likes

open communication between employees is one of the best thing in Groyyo and working environment is really strenuous. Groyyo provide a facile platform to those fresher who is enthusiastic towards their carrier.

Dislikes

You need to be more enthusiasm otherwise you cannot survive here for long time because Groyyo demand professionalism in their candidates.
