I DISLIKE EVERYTHING SINGLE THING ABOUT THIS COMPANY! Tbh, I have previously worked with other companies but I have not seen such a horrible workplace ever before. Every company has their pros and cons but this....this only had cons. Just like how they con their learners. No matter how dedicated you are or how hard-working you are, your work will never be enough. Lots of discrimination between people who have been working there since the beginning and new people. AND ohh forget a good night's sleep if you start working here. They only value people who chattofy their managers and the old ones. It's just another dhokebaaj ed tech that loots people's money. AND THEY MAKE FAKE TESTIMONIALS OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS so that people would believe their product. They also make people believe that they conduct live sessions but THEY HAVE RECORDED SESSIONS AND THEY SELL THIS TO INNOCENT PEOPLE. Don't fall for this people.... don't work there or even but their product. Bunch of SCAMMY PEOPLE JUST LIKE THEIR FOUNDER.

Open door environment, Friendly colleagues, Empathizing leadership, Timely payments of salaries and incentives, No cap on the incentives you can make, Not extremely rigid on KRA's as long as you're doing what you're supposed to do when it comes to sales. Good quality of leads compared to any other Edtech in the industry. Extremely good leave policies in case of emergencies without a hassle. A nice setup for food/ Snacks to keep yourself full! Cheers!

A little rigid with notions that work and a little unwillingness to change things. You can get it to work as long as you have conviction.

No work guarantee, no job security, favourisome, unfair practices internally especially in sales department, manipulation in the sales numbers in the month end to favour their close people, not advisable to join in sales there

Its filled with Influencers who are busy influencing more than working, right from the CEO to the Design Head. Its influencers yaa'll .. Influencing and only influencing. God bless these influencers, even the interns who join here are fans of the CEO & Design Head. ( Both are high on Charisma and one big fat zero when it comes to Content) The Design Head is super chill and is on smke breaks most of the time and then cries about being understaffed.
