There should be improvement in Facilities for Senior Employees, who are Continuously performing their best to run the Company. Currently, Company Policy is same for Old as well for New Joinees.

5 old employees including one sales manager are the worst part of that company. They don't allow people to work their. They treat new employees like tissue paper. They are big time asols. Big boss viral is GOD the best person I know

There is subsequent pressure to resume previous work intensity upon returning, often leading to untenable situations where resignation becomes the only recourse. Additionally, reimbursement delays during final settlement further exacerbate concerns, indicative of a culture prioritizing financial retention over employee well-being. Will never recommend anyone to work in this firm.
