To start with, they are everything that a company shouldn't be. They follow unethical practices, they do not pay their employees, if you leave the organisation they make you slog for your payments but would still not pay. Call it a power harrasment. Going legal can only stop such practices of this organisation. Seniors do power harrasment. The HR is always in favour of the top management, irresponsible and does not care about the employee 's well being. The management is the huge issue. The sales manager west has some serious issues with people management, even after back to back exit during her stint. There was no action taken neither they care about taking any feedback. They follow what suits their choices. No value, respect and appreciation. Well they also don't do appraisals and employees payouts. They really need to get their practices in place!

If you want work productively then it's a worse job. But if you don't want to take any headache in your life then it's a good job. There's no scope of skill enhancement. Work culture is too boring. My job was there was getting bored.

The work culture. No skill enhancement. No productivity. Salary was decent but career growth is very slow.

Management is immature and very unprofessional. Was assured a certain profile but actual was completely different. I had to follow up 6 months for the full and final settlement, out of which also the variable was deducted for some lame excuse.
