Grovention is a really good company to work with. You get good exposure, a very dynamic and positive work environment, management and employees are very helpful, they understand employees pain, problems and help them in every step. Here the work type is flexible. You will be assigned a task and a realistic deadline to complete the tasks. No one pokes you every now and then asking about the progress, no one will contact you or disturb you during your weekend time or after office hours. Yes, if there is something urgent or SOS then the team sometimes contacts me otherwise there is no disturbance. I would say I enjoy a complete work life balance. There is no office politics, no leg pulling and complete positive and competitive environment where you can showcase your work capabilities, knowledge and in return get appreciated and awarded for all your efforts. I would highly recommend Grovention to everyone.

This is my second company where I am working as a Digital Marketing Executive. The employees are very cool and very knowledgeable. They help me to solve all my doubts and problems. Thou, I have joined them during the pandemic. So as of now I am working from home. My experience here has been awesome. I felt like as I will be doing WFH there will be enormous amount of task that will be assigned, and my manager will be ruthless to me. But I experienced the opposite here. Everything is really calm, I feel positive and motivated working with them.

Dislikes

I would like to do WFO because I want to meet my teams and work with them in person. These persons are really great as well as the company top management. No dislike I can count as of now.

I would like to say that my experience has been good. The management and staff is super friendly. The environment is great for freshers as well as experienced people. Digital marketing is a stream in which we can a decent career, and I am learning every bit of it at Grovention.
