Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Working hours are so long 12 hours everyday, Which makes you frustrate. Boot lickers are avaible everywhere in company so this is universal issues. work culture is average Almost 365 days working culture.

Last 15 years company running I am the one only QC Engineer in this company.. First QC Engineer in this company.. This post was started October 6 2023...

11 hours Working here.. in that 11 hours no tea break , lunch break half an hour only.. no tea ,no coffee not provide site 🍵☕.. in interview hr manager told me food and accommodation company will provide.. but Only civil construction people not provide... shopping Mall , carriage and depot people got tea and coffee ...Food and accommodation not satisfaction it's totally waste... In morning transport come on time but evening transport not given on time.. Engineer treated as labour here... Job security totally waste... Without any information HR terminate here.. termination how will know here once the ticket will give him at night 10 o' clock that time only will know he will terminated by company...
