...s a month's notice from employees, but cannot provide the same courtesy to them. Salaries and commissions are not paid on time. Unfortunately, unless the CEO changes his ways, the company is headed for failure. Most people have even accused it of being a scam business. Well, it is true. The only sensible & helpful person in the company is the HR, Deepanshi Mittal who is very understanding and does her best to help employees and is very kind & polite. I hope god gives her the strength to tolerate this culture. Futurista doesn't really deserve employees like her.

the whole company is made of clowns. especially the CEO MR SATVIK KATYAL. tu sabse bada bandar hai satvik, apne employees ko bura treat krta hai, kisi ki bhi salary bina batae rok leta hai. the work culture of the company is just 0!!! this company has an extremely toxic working environment. i would NEVER recommend ANYONE to work with this company. The clown CEO SATVIK thinks the employees are his servants - overworking them, not paying enough compensation, messaging them after working hours, talking bad behind other employees, koi leadership wali qualities nahi hain buddhhe mein. pata nahi kisne boss bana dya isko. AND TRUST ME Nehal is the WORST HR in the entire history of group Futurista. OVERALL VERY BAD COMPANY. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

..., the stipend will be transferred to you March ending(20th-25th of the month). The salary offered is also less. Lots of work pressure.

Every aspect, the company is worst Worst, everything is not worth it here. FIrstly they will say the work time is flexible then after working for a month they will say to work on strict timming.

Group Futurista is a good company to start career with as it will provide a vast experience on how to communicate clearly and effectively with foreign clients. Helps in developing a number of skills which would be very helpful for future.
