I swear our HR was so good, she was so sweet nd understanding but is joker k sath rahega konn, isliye vo bhi chale gayi, aur bhi bahot achhe ache log the, sabne chodh diya isko. HAHAHAHA. Ye itna bada joker hai, isko lagta hai ye poori company AI k bharose pe chalaega, Can you imagine he laid off a content writer after chatgpt was launched, and fun fact isko khud chat gpt use krna nahi aata, hahaha. Everything is fake; trust me, the attendees are the employees of group futurists in their virtual events because nobody attends their event. They fake everything. Working at Group Futurista felt like constant chaos and frustration. The CEO, who liked to think of himself as the leader of this mess, took pleasure in creating a hostile and miserable work environment. Picture looking forward to your paycheck, only to find out it's delayed again, causing you financial stress. This was not a rare issue; it happened regularly and made it hard for employees to pay their bills. The problems didn’t stop there. The workplace was filled with negativity, where coworkers would often undermine each other. There was no trust or teamwork, only a harsh environment where everyone competed for even minor recognition. The amount of work was overwhelming. It seemed like management enjoyed overloading us, adding more to our plates relentlessly, leading to certain burnout in this draining workplace. There was no one to help us in this terrible environment. Especially not the CEO, who would put down anyone who questioned him. His harsh leadership style made us feel helpless and beaten down.
