Worst company to work with. Confused management, No Vision, No Work Ethics, Non Responsive Management, Lack of Knowledge and Experience which leads to firings almost every quarter. Spoiling careers of many.

Wonderful people and projects. Tech used is niche and varied. You can get a lot of exposure to various tech very quickly. A lot of emphasis is given to learning and growth. Great perks and benefits.

Dislikes

Nothing major comes to mind, there are a few projects that are legacy and need to be upgraded. Even if we have newer versions of the same tool, the older tools are not quickly deprecated, this generates a lot of tech debt.

Everything Lot of restructuring and Firings from last few years… playing with careers. Lots of politics by HR and Branch Head No work life balance : lead will ask you to login in the morning time and you have to be available late hours for meetings with US team. No respect No values No principles
