Job security Allowances were good Employees health and welfare was always put first Organization will give benefit of doubt if you make a mistake I had a great first boss who helped me a lot. Others were not that great.

Dislikes

Salary is lesser in gno by 30℅. Promotion are not rolled out in a fair process. Not once in four years did I have a proper review. It would take 5-10 min. No understanding where I needed to improve, what I did well, etc. People will talk about you and will play the fool with you, insult and make fun of you. There is lot of politics. Even managers will do the same with people who are not in their team.

Company Environment , working culture and respect of each and every employee I have never seen in any other companies.

Initially they gave bad salary structure for long time without proper growth and no job security after completion of training period

After Covid management working and thinking changes. Before Covid management used to listen to field sales persons also. But after that they listen to RM only. Industrial RM Jamshedpur Jharkhand East NP is worst RM I have seen. He plays politics only. He plays with the career of his juniors. He just want people who will do buttering to him He made to resign good employees. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN FOR EAST UNDER INDUSTRIAL DIVISION.

Nice open culture, well organised and well managed group. Good learning opportunities. Overall a good company.

Dislikes

Salary structure consists of GAC gross annual compensation and incentives. Incentive part is somewhat major part of CTC and can differ year to year. So the CTC can not be the same looking on paper. Can increase or decrease based on overall performance.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow. If you need future please don't join as a 3 party contract employee.
