Its crap they only out you on shifts they need, they hardly ever hire people, manager is a person that is annoying, they can let you go at any time for no good reason, this company operates just using people for crazy hours on shifts, like mondelez or redpath sugar or nestle it's honestly cbad you can have a better more stable career with better hours cleaning toilets for a living sad but true!

Dislikes

Bad hours lying managment using people to work horrible hours it's a shameful company plus they hardley ever hire. Clean toilets for a living is much better.

I disliked the authoritative Management they have in place in India, I had many good ideas and tried to move them forward, tried to help the organisation. But there was no support. Management was very much active in micro managing of employee work. Due to this company going through high rate of Attrition. Employees are unhappy due to work volume, but limited resources. No Job security, employees are fired immediately if one is not listening to management. Few instances employees are forced to put down their resignation.
