1). Company provided food is worst sometimes cockroach n other insect found in food. No action taken no vendor change. 2). If you want appraisal you must be a good buttery or always a yes men to your boss. 3). Women employees are always favoured as compare to men. 4). Due to supervisor n managers issues or politics associate and senior associate employees always suffer and currently they are. 5). Politics at its best. 6). In management there is an employee who doesn't know how to speak he is at director level. Seems like misbehaving when talks with another person. Some more are there will submit that too later it is current situation in this company.

Compensation part is the only good part.

1. Even the new management want their ass licked. 2. Managers and TL's are exact photocopy of shit. 3. If u r good at licking, Greystar is heaven for u. 4. This the first organization where senior management don't care about companies future. 5. To be very frank : People with self respect and integrity don't join. If licking is ur hobby, this company is for u.

Micro management is there no new to learn just copy paste work if you want to grow and learn new do not join otherwise good company.

Dislikes

I mostly dislike there is no difference if you are experienced or fresher . Or if you do not behave sincere in front of directors or managers you will be Misjudged that you know nothing. Trainer is so biased if once you are not able to ans it means you know nothing and you are sitting casually in trainings. So much mess for Some for some all is well.

Nothing to Say. Seriously I haven’t seen this much of politics on top level for the employee harassment. Nothing to say good experiences of mine for this company.

About Dislikes If you gonna ask me about Dislikes i can go on till evening to morning like their strict night shift timings. In my case shifts are rotational only weekly basis. I faced health issues due to this but after that they really don’t want to understand anything. Such a bad culture! In Bollywood you see nepotism and here you will see favouritism. I bet you on this in first 6 months of your job your will face everything here and you gonna closely feel these things that the management closed ones are highly appreciated and highlighted everywhere without any reason. Top management would love to give maximum of benefits to there loved ones like increments, promotions, work load distribution (handle less work) shift time will be morning and so on. Moreover, I haven’t seen or heard about this thing in my career but they use to call meetings of AM’s and tell them to convey the message to the employees or there teams to put the good reviews about the company everywhere and they considered this as a part of their job which is really very embarrassing because like this i cannot be able to express my real notions about company what I feel and i have to put positive things to be in the good books. And i use to laugh when i saw that my boss use to check reviews and take a follow up on that with them. Like seriously what mind set they have I don’t know. Environment for girls like i must say I don’t felt safe when i use to face two three persons (seniors & management). As a girl it makes me feel very uncomfortable. I have so many things to say but really don’t want to waste my energy and time in this now but if someone is willing or thinking to join this company then i would request you to please think twice and more than that and research your own before accepting the offer letter. Because if you feel you can speak up and convey your thoughts here then its the biggest mistake. Management are seriously worst, lack of knowledge & unprofessional here.

Worst Management team. If you are working in Greystar than being a women you have to satisfy the management in terms of vulgarity. All greystar girls' character portray in bad terms and there is No HR intervention. Regarding work, there is no standardised procedure. They do not rely on their on words. They change the working rules overnight just like BJP government. If you are working in a day shift your shift will become rotational of daily basis and there is no resolution. Management is not at employee oriented and they are okay if you get unwell because of thier worst management.
