Almost zero benefits(except PF and Insurance - that too will be taken from own salary Poor appraisal for support staffs, regardless of how crucial you're to the team, and to the work. But People who even don't do bare minimum of their job gets big money No Job satisfaction Morale amongst employees is terrible since managers and seniors are mostly selfish and only care about their personal growth Small tip to who want to join this company: Ask for higher CTC than you expect(They will give you what you want only when you're not their employee), almost everyone gets same percentage of appraisal. And if you ask for less, you'd get less. For instance if you're getting 20K and your colleague get 50K and you're both getting 15% appraisal, then you'd get 3K and they'd get 7.5K.

Developers don't have much scope in this company. I suggest not to join, if you are holding another offer. Or else you can work for 1year and leave. But you wonton learn any new tech stacks here.

Work culture is very good. My Teammates are full supportive. Recently they provided cafeteria. And Company Gave Appraisal in this corona pandemic situation.

There is no job security. if management change then they try to make their own team or fire other employees like hell. if u Will ask your fault or try to communicate with hr or manager then u will get reply that company cannot do anything for you.
