The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Nothing, As per my suggestion dont go for any designation. If you want to join its your risk if you joined then try to leave withing 5-6 month.

Everything, Culture, Administrative person behaviour, HR behaviour very bad for all employee. This is not a corporate type company. Its a Lala type company. Every time they can layoff employee or forced to submit resignation. Their are no leave policy & mediclaim. When you join they told give everything but after join you realised. Suggest to everyone don't go for long time. Join in your own risk.

Totally faurd company don't waste your valuable time and efforts. They faurd with channel partners. they present he is a market leader but his condition in the market is horrible. Most channel partners are not interested within their business. so called RM is top level faurd. RM does not give channel partners schemes. everything is suck in this company. Every year they changed their brand name ( Laxmi Virat, Virat power, kohinoor, attitude cement and finally gray force cement). Mini plant cement company.

Culter are bad, People are bad. They behave like a labour class. Skill will down. Job Security exp was very bad. Everything was bad no any corporate life.
