I joined as lab Incharge (admin )but when ever front desk candidate on leave we have to that job also . There is no JD. Saturday and summer vacation we don't have work also we have to go for school simply waste of time . Salary hike also very bad they will do partiality in that. If we talk with colleagues also they will Target . Last month salary is not paying properly if I ask no response from HR she will not picking the cal by saying only international school local school only better

Good School which provides job security, Excellent work life balance. Saturday's are off which is a huge advantage, transport (ac) buses provided. Good lunch, Breakfast available in the cafeteria.

Dislikes

This being huge Institute and brand it itself, better salary package can be provided. Everything else is good.

Does not invest in workshops or certifications to train or upskill teachers; too many unplanned events that compromise class time; extremely poor salary structure for skilled professionals; clique culture encouraged.

Dislikes

Everything. Their focus is on satisfying the parents and showing off to them instead of really providing education to children. There is zero job security. Everyday they are removing teachers like ants. And they removed teachers not based on teaching skills but on appearance

Likes

The cohort of students is very bright and ambitious even though not very disciplined. Since it is a relatively new school the hierarchy is still fairly fluid to not be suffocating. It is possible to find the freedom to work independently.

Dislikes

Lack of professionalism in the way employees are dealt with, lack of transparency in the way issues are addressed, lack of awareness of the need for teacher training and unhealthy imbalance in the work culture.
