The people are good. The vendor and clients are good. They have excellent rcm team. Onshore gives opportunity to new comers.

Dislikes

Management is worst. Indian management is worst lot of favouritism. No hike no promotion no value for your work.

There is no value for you as an employee. There is no job security any time you can be thrown out of the organisation. Your leaders will never appreciate you and your work no motivation no growth no hike. Partiality, favouritism,mental imbalance due to work pressure and humiliation. HR also does not do anything they only go by what management states.working hours are 16 hrs with additional task which adds no great value to your work.

Wrt learning Greenway is best place where one can learn so many techs and services. Also permanent work from home is one of the thing that i should appreciate.

Dislikes

...o kick the resources out of the organization. Work life balance is also horific. When some requirement comes employee has to work long hours even in weekends without any extra compensation other than 1000 rs meal and 1 or 2 days of comp off.

ready to change the field as per manager and make sure to have sword ⚔️ hanging on the neck every time..worst company to work ..they can terminate in a day without notice.. ready for surprise any time.. surprise is termination..

I was in a role Client Care Specialist Great manager for Intergy PM team.

Dislikes

Low salary. Night shifts. The product we used to support always had problem and it's too complex. No wonder the clients always had issues. It takes more that 2 years to learn about the product you support.
