Nothing specific, it was just dragging through in anticipation that things will improve. Shopkeeper concept with blue collared work culture.

Inadequate policies, pathetic infrastructure and bad culture. No focus on employees well being. No work life balance. Management is not trustworthy and is highly toxic and having low integrity. One cannot call it a company it’s a shop. They don’t have hunger to grow or change with time.

I AM WORKING WITH SUPPORTIVE TEAM AND FEEL A GOOD ENVIRONMENT. COMPANY PROVIDED REGULAR TRAINING SESSIONS TIME TO TIME AND ALSO GOOD POLICIES FOR THE EMPLOYEES AS WELL LIKE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH.
