Less Salary compared to market, Nothing much of benefits, No Awards for good performance, Poor HR managment - very old style of working, engaging employees for any event.

Only good thing is their township facilities, school for kids.

You are always under too much stress, salary is way to low when compared with similar companies. Spending time with family is not possible. Wherever you are, only company thoughts running in your mind

The company gives you freedom of decision making in your work. The township offered by the company is very good and best in class for being 50 year old.

The work life balance is not good as it is a 24 hrs running plant. You should always be ready to attend jobs whenever it is required.

Work atmosphere and the way they treat the well talented employees is not that good. Keep on loading works one who does the work and avoid hand overing works to others. They treat both working and work skipping employees in the same manner without any recognition.
