There are few things I dislike my current job “I hate my boss and cannot continue with him anymore. We never can come up to the same pace while working, and he doesn’t understand the efforts I make. He forced me to leave the job So, now I am done and decided to change my job where I can breathe.”

The day you leave the company, they don't consider you as a human. No job security. If you hear that management & your collogues are praising your work & The day you hear that, Welcome to the family, than be prepare to kicked out soon. Most importantly after you left the organization, YOU ARE NO MORE HUMAN TO THEM.
