Long working hour, managers do not listen & value individual, sometimes they do not value your entity. Also I had to work on off day due to manager's willing ( though it was not necessary, still in order to satisfy their ego I had to do it)

Only one thing that it is an MNC company

Too much politics in the company, Plant head Mithlesh Kumar and Production Manager Vivek Gupta are terrible, disgusting and shurued people. They are spoiling the company culture badly and playing bad and dirty politics. HR not taking any actions to remove them and improve work culture in the plant.

The Company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I love fact that i am part of a team that markets reliable, high quality product & has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background & we work happily in collaboration. I also like employee re-hire policy here.
