I had a disappointing experience with this company's hiring process. They offered an internship that required long hours and handwork but provided only a minimal stipend, not aligned with the effort expected. They also appeared unwilling to listen to input, insisting on rigid processes. To make things worse, they refused to provide an offer letter before joining, which left me questioning their transparency and professionalism. This approach makes candidates feel undervalue and raises concerns about job security and respect for employees. I hope they improve their practices to better value and support their team.
