Starting with the value of your degree. Education doesn't matter in this company. If you hold a degree you get the same salary as a diploma holder. There's nothing difference if you have completed degree. Its a copy paste job. Terrible work load. The working hours can stretch from 9 hours to 12,14 hours. No extra pay for overtime. The work culture is super toxic here. It's a scam guys. Fresher's are not recommended. You'll have to submit your original documents to company when you join. Bad environment

Toxic Team Leads Toxic Company Culture Salary is very less in comparison to the work load, if work is pending then Sundays are also working Official work time is 9am to 6pm but the unofficial work time can get as late as 11 pm Lots of lies and manipulation tricks of HR You should not sit ideal even if your work is over, even after official working hours.

Good for those who want to pursue career in solar industry They give additional 2 leaves apart from sunday after 3 months based on performance but you also have to fight for that

...also for home (Workload is terrible) Talking about company culture is average. I Personally advise you Guys, "If you really work in under pressure and poor package of salary, then come Here, Otherwise No Or Stay Back from this company." Trust me, In this Company Work load is terrible, You Can't Handle it. Personally Dislike Here Bond facilities also, once you sign the bond, you stuck here forever with poor package of salary

Nothing just had call from them and they were asking to work experienced engineer for 15K per months. Irrespective of what person is bringing on table.

Companies like this who think employees as liabilities will never grow above certain growth. In india such companies are know as Laala companies which will seat in the same place for years and keep thinking where I am going wrong rather hiring good people and get quality work. Instead they will stick to hiring unexperienced people and keep pushing burden on them
