Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

...n India.. Good environment to work with staff. increment policies is very good.. Company given a good salary hike every time.. Working with Associate Manager Mr. Sanjeev Mishra sir and P.C.sahu air is really good because they always support us.

If you are trying to join this company don't invest your personal amount in work otherwise from head office bill will be disappeared by them. Also they don't have eligibility to plan work as per schedule only politics are suitable here

i am ex employee of gpipl. i have worked with gpipl 8 years. work culture and team is very supportive. time to time updates their employees with upcoming products, systems by training. appraisal system is also good ( face to face ), they also provided T.A and D,A for out side work.
