If you are jobless and you are ready to face disrespectful behavior of owner & directors, then close your eyes and join this company. 3. Honest people are not valued here, so you must know how to steal a bit. 4. There is no room for punctuality, so you have to be untimely for better attention. 5. If you ever thought of saving something for company, then you will be in the suspicious character for them. BEST OF THE LUCK!!!

Appraisal is timely. Effect given in April salary. Efficient and out of box efforts are recognised but equally depends how good boss you are reporting to. Promoters are having great vision and having unbiased approach for all employees.

Orthodox Culture. Most of the people talk good on face but envy in reality even you are recognised for your real efforts.

1. Their is no implementation of HR Policy. All the thing is control by one person that is Ashwani Kumar (Unit Head) 2. Other than Production & Marketing department, no value given to other dept work. 3. So much of politics and chatukarita. 4. Hike will not be based on your work, instead it will be based on your chatukarita and things other than your JDs ( Like if you found slept, found using mobile phone your all year works is zero). 5. By giving reason of Privacy, mobile phone is not allowed. And to whom it is allowed they are having two phones. 6. As a EHS Role, I can see the unsafe act and unsafe conditions but you can't do anything as everything is focused on production and marketing dept and bypassing observations.

One of the wrost company i have been work bcoz of senior management. During any problem unit head always ask to employee what can we do??? I think unit head take salary to ask this & they have not skilled to seat in this position

This organization is very good , work culture is good but I want to learn extra ordinary objects but growth is very slow. Company policies are good, appraisel are faire

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management dosenot adress our issue because we are supporting department, salary is decent but career growth is slow. Reporting manage is non technical so I can't gain knowelge technically and difficult to explain non technical repoties. It is not a core company basicaly environment Infrastructure.
