Salary Too much delay , 15th to 20th every month. Paying low wages , Offering poor working condition. No Leaves , Except Week offs Probation Period On Paper mentioned 06 months , but they not make employees On-Roll. Too much working Hours - 10 to 12 Hours every Day Food & Guest House Very poor facility, Only Rs.250 allowance Per Day Notice Period 90 Days for Employee but Management can terminate employee in 01 Day This is pure contractor firm, So not suitable for employees future growth.
