Management seems to prioritize external hires over internal talent, which can be demotivating for long-term employees. Lack of a clear career growth path for existing employees. While the company has many positives, addressing these concerns would significantly improve employee satisfaction and retention.

It's more of a trading company than engineering company, no proud or joy for products you sell. No transparency from management- no townhall meetings, there was one organized in 3 years where no questions were taken Company is stagnant / in loss, so no / meagre incentives or increments If you're stuck with a bad manager, be sure to be bullied, Even if your manager does your appraisal without discussing with you, HR will not be able to do much. No attention to processes, no direction from leadership. Needless to say, attrition is very high.
